TCS operates from modern, purpose-built offices within the Cheshire Oaks Business Park. Aldford House is within walking distance of the Cheshire Oaks Outlet Village and near to one of the largest Marks & Spencer retail stores in Europe.
TCS is located a short taxi ride from either Ellesmere Port or Chester railway stations, 5 minutes from Junction 10 of the M56 motorway, and 30 minutes from Liverpool Airport. See Map on the Contact Us page. You are more than welcome to visit us at our offices but we ask that you contact us first to make an appointment.
Aldford House comprises two floors of open-plan desking for staff, a boardroom, a small meeting room, canteen area and a large training suite. It more than houses the 80-plus staff currently employed by TCS.
Operating hours: We are open Monday – Friday 08:00 – 18:00. The Office is closed on a Saturday and Sunday.
TCS works in a paperless office environment through the help of ‘state-of-the-art’ scanning and electronic communications equipment.
Each case handler has a direct telephone line and email address. We communicate with clients using various means such as by letter, email, website, SMS text messaging and so on.
TCS combines traditional values with the best of modern technology to provide all our clients with a friendly and efficient service. We have a bespoke case management system and our recent move to the cloud with a hosted desktop solution from Converge TS is a logical and innovative step forward, ensuring we have a robust and reliable infrastructure underpinning our service to clients.
